SuperStudio 🔍

Architectural design collective

Superstudio was an influential Italian architectural collective founded in Florence in 1966 by Adolfo Natalini and Cristiano Toraldo di Francia, key figures in the Radical Architecture movement. They critically explored consumerism and architectural conventions through conceptual projects, photomontages, and theoretical writings, most notably the "Continuous Monument." Their work challenged modernism and influenced postmodern thought, leaving a significant legacy in design theory before their collective activities ceased in the late 1970s.
